The RYA Coastal Skipper & Yachtmaster Offshore Course is an advanced course in Navigation and Meterology. It also
provides a complete understanding of the International Regulations for Prevention of Collisions at Sea.
The knowledge covered by this course is a pre-requisite for the successful completion of the practical courses for the Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster offshore . The course includes three assessment papers, covering IRPCS, Meterology and
Chartwork.
