Sea Rush is kept at Bucklers Hard on the Beaulieu River - one of the most beautiful harbours in the world.


She is fully licensed and insured to MCA Category 2, so carries all necessary safety kit and navigational equipment including Lifejackets, Flares and Chart Plotter, which has built-in AIS and Radar. She is licensed to carry 6 persons but we would suggest 5 persons if all are adults. Easy for a couple to handle as she has ‘In Mast Furling’ which makes reefing and sail hoists very easy.
Should you wish to charter her you will need a minimum qualification of RYA Day Skipper.
We will introduce you to her and explain all operational systems as well as giving you a thorough safety brief.

You can charter her for weekends as well as weekly. A typical weekend charter commences on a Friday evening and ends approx 17.30 on the Sunday. All you will need to bring is your own sleeping bags or duvets, pillows and provisions (we can provision her for you at extra cost). Oilskins can be hired from us at approx £5.00 per suit per day. A deposit of £350.00 is required against any wilful damage, loss of gear or cleaning costs. You are expected to return her in the condition in which you found her. Our aim is to make your Charter as safe and enjoyable as possible.

Sea Rush can be Chartered from £225.00 per day. This is a great rate and is liable to go up.

INDABA ; 16.5 m NAJAD Luxury Sailing Yacht for Day Charter with Skipper (No sailing experience required)


The yacht is a 53ft Blue Water centre cockpit cruising yacht. It can accommodate 6 guests and the vessel is fully equipped / MCA coded with a RYA Commercially Qualified Captain. Based in Beaulieu the vessel can collect guests from any Solent port and accommodate day cruises with lunch provided to other ports / bays in Solent waters. Indaba comes complete with full safety inventory with lifejackets and liferaft, easy to handle furling sails with power winches, twin 80 hp engines and generator, TV and DVD / entertainment system, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fishing rods and equipment, rib plus 40 HP Outboard.
Indaba can be chartered from £795 per day.

A typical charter starts on Saturday morning with coffee and croissants or champagne on SeaJay, followed by a short safety brief.  Then to sea for a mornings sail to one of our favourite anchorages or harbours around the Solent, including:-

Totland Bay.  Close to the Needles, this sheltered bay offers lovely sandy beaches, clear water and an opportunity to row ashore in SeaJays tender for swimming and BBQ on the beach or lunch on board.

Newtown Creek. One of the most beautiful natural harbours in the Solent. Pick up a mooring buoy or drop anchor and enjoy this beautiful creek, which has been totally unspoilt for hundreds of years and is now a wildlife sanctuary.  Row ashore and BBQ on the beach or walk along the river to the Red Lion at Freshwater for a splendid meal in lovely country pub.

Beaulieu River. A wonderful meandering river which takes one all the way down to Bucklers Hard where Lord Nelsons flagship Agamemnon was built.  Totally unspoilt harbour housing the Master Builders Pub and the Montagu Arms Hotel which offers and excellent menu of Brasserie style.

Yarmouth Harbour. Just sit back and enjoy the fun as all sorts of boats come alongside for lunch or an overnight stay.  A short walk to the lovely sandy beach, great choice of restaurants serving fresh sea food as well as the infamous Salties "A lively bar with music and dancing on the tables".

All safety kit, lifejackets and oilskins are provided.
Do as much or as little as you want on board the yacht - take the helm, hoist the sails, trim the sheets or just sit back and enjoy.

SeaJay IV is available to charter by the day, weekend or weekly, stay on board or not as you desire.
She sleeps and is licenced to carry 6 + Skipper.
All our yachts are insured and commercially coded to YDSA SCV CAT 2.

Channel Crossing to France or Alderney, BBQ's and picnics on the beach are a favourite or just a good hard days sailing or racing. Followed by an evening at one of the beautiful anchorages or harbours around Lymington.
